Hosting
This website runs on a virtual server (VPS) of Contabo GmbH in the European Union.
Server and access logs
The website application itself does not keep access logs with visitors' IP addresses. [Details on logs of the web server or reverse proxy and on retention will follow once the hosting setup is final.]
Cookies and browser storage
No cookies are set when you visit this website. The site only uses your browser's storage; the content stays on your device and is not sent to us:
- sessionStorage “lg-intro”: remembers for the duration of the browser session that the intro animation has been shown.
- sessionStorage “lg-depth-fallback”: only set if your device renders the camera moves too slowly; switches to a simpler display for the session.
- localStorage “lg-consent”: only if a notice banner is shown; permanently stores your choice (“Accept” or “Decline”) in the browser.
On smartphones the site can read the orientation of your device (motion sensor) so that the view in the tour follows the device. The sensor data is used locally in the browser only and is not transmitted.
Fonts
The heading typeface of this site (Cormorant Garamond, SIL Open Font License) is stored on our own server and loaded from there. Body text uses the system font installed on your device. No connection to third-party servers is made to load fonts.
No tracking
No analytics, tracking or advertising services are used. All content (images, videos, scripts, styles) is loaded from this website's own domain; a Content Security Policy prevents the browser from loading other sources, with one exception: reservations (see 7.).
Online reservations via resmio
We use the reservation system of resmio GmbH for table bookings. It is only loaded after you click “Open reservations”; before that there is no connection to resmio. When it loads, connections are made to resmio servers (static.resmio.com and app.resmio.com); in particular, your IP address is transmitted to resmio. If you submit a reservation, resmio processes your details. Please refer to the privacy notices of resmio GmbH on its website.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to answer your request. This website has no contact form.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future.
